Delete your Stadiator account
Stadiator, by Houssem Saoud
You can delete your Stadiator account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
Tap the button, sign in to the account you want to delete if asked, then confirm.
In the Android app or the game: open your Profile, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, then Delete forever.
Or ask us by email
If you can’t sign in any more, email [email protected] from the email address of your account, with your username. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email address, and your Google name and picture if you used Google)
- Your username and profile
- All your games, guesses and scores, streaks and daily results
- Passport stamps, trophies and medals
- Friends and friend requests
- Chat messages you sent and received
- Duels, tournament entries and weekly league history
- Notification tokens and the record of emails we sent you
What stays, and why
- Your friends’ own games. If a friend played a duel against you, their game stays in their history, without any link to you.
- Tournaments other players are in. You leave any tournament still running. One you created is handed to another player so they can finish it.
- Error reports (browser type, screen size, error message) lose the link to your account and are deleted after 90 days.
- Backups. Copies can remain in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
